1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and eclbet13, an online gambling platform operating under international licensing.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

eclbet13 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

Transaction Limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 for all payment methods;
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods;
• Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5-30 minutes once verification is complete.

All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. eclbet13 does not accept payments from third parties. Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes within the eclbet13 platform.

The eclbet13 VIP programme comprises five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is given to VIP members according to their respective tier, starting from up to 0.3% for Bronze up to 1.5% for Diamond. VIP tier advancement depends on a player's betting activity and loyalty over time.

eclbet13 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion programme at any time with reasonable notice given to affected players.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the eclbet13 platform, including online slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, sports, esports, and other games, are operated by licensed software providers with certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair game outcomes.

RTP (Return to Player) is a long-term statistical measure and does not guarantee the outcome of any individual game session. Game volatility can affect the frequency and size of winnings over a given period of play.

Every game result produced by the system is final. In the event of a technical dispute such as an internet connection interruption during an active game, the eclbet13 server records will be used as the final reference to determine the game outcome.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without any refund:

8. Account Suspension and Closure
